- "My mini skid steer track broke on Saturday. I have a generic off brand from a manufacturer in China. It would have taken a few weeks to get a replacement from my original supplier. I looked online and found a few suppliers with the size I needed. None of them really indicated how soon the tracks would arrive. Just to be safe, I ordered from AMT and one other supplier. One supplier quoted end of the week, "if they can get to it otherwise next week." They charged additional for freight. When I called on Monday to check on status of delivery, Jeff said it was already on the way and was scheduled to arrive Tuesday evening. It arrived Tuesday afternoon. By late afternoon, I had already replaced the track and ready to work. Jeff wasn't kidding when he said, "we don't mess around." Thanks Jeff, you were better than Amazon !" Robert, CA
