Warranty Information for CTP Brand Parts
The parts we sell are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacture under normal use and service.
Parts not supplied from AMT Equipment Parts inventory whether new, original surplus or used parts outsourced specifically for the customer are all to be considered for “Special Order Items”.
Warranty coverage period is not to exceed 24 months from the Original Invoice Date with the exception of the parts otherwise listed below.
Diesel Engine Parts
Internal engine parts (i.e. pistons, rings, liners, etc) and external engine parts (i.e. oil & water pumps,turbochargers, etc) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months after installation, not to exceed 12 months from original invoice date.
Ground Engaging Tools
GET are warranted against premature breakage for a period of 90 days from original Invoice date. Ground engaging tools include but are not limited to CTP blades, tips, adapters, and side cutters.
Undercarriage Parts
Undercarriage parts which include like assemblies and rollers are warranted to be free from defects and material for a period of 1 year from the original Invoice date or 1500 working hours (whichever comes first). Note: Warranty does not cover: “Damage or premature failure due to operator misuse, mishandling, or abuse; products used in demolition or recycling applications; or products used in abusive environments.” Defective parts are pro-rated based on the number of hours/months used.
Electrical Components
Starters and alternators are warranted for 6 months from date of installation (not to exceed 1 year from original Invoice date).
Hydraulic Parts & Components
AMT Equipment Parts warrants hydraulic parts & components 6 months from date of installation (not to exceed 1 year from original Invoice date).
All Other Parts
Warranted for 6 months from the date of installation, (not to exceed 24 months from the original Invoice date). View Return Policy for more details.
